Room was ok . Carpet was worn in places . Basic room but adequate
Was nice. But tiles in bathroom had dirty water marks on them dried out so been there a while. Tripped over strip on floor entering bathroom it stands too high and no warning about the hazard. Floor in bathroom not cleaned properly. Carpet in room had what looked like biscuit crumbs on it. Yeah not good
Best hotel with reasonable prices in case you have to stay around this area. The shopping like grocery and clothes you get closeby is almost zero except for few bar and restaurants and a wonderful theater in neighbourhood
Booked for 3 night but I did not need 1 Asked at the desk twice how to get a refund and was given the run around and did not get a refund.Phoned the refund department to ask about a refund only to be told there is no refund department ?????????At least dick turpin had the decency to wear a mask when he robbed you.Not even worth a star
Staff were amazing, incredibly friendly and accommodating. Peter in particular, he was so helpful and no request was too much. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!
