It is what it is, premier inns tend to be the same wherever you go but this one has the added bonus of a very friendly, helpful and approachable receptionist, a polish lady (can't remember her name) who always remembers me and makes me feel welcome. Always glad to see she's on duty, she's a credit to Premier Inn

Room ok and comfy bed but bathroom very small. Very nice staff.
It was OK. Wasn't too keen on location. It seemed out of the way compared to rest of hotels on site. Roadways very dark and unkept with potholes. I felt I had to take a taxi cab to restaurants as didn't want to walk alone. Car park not big enough. Plus had to walk outside to The Quays pub next door for breakfast. Another point. If booking a disabled room, only one they have is a double (room 1) which us right inside main room corridor door and as duck noisy.Would book Holiday Inn if I go again..
Tricky to find as others have said. Could do with more signposting. Also car park needs extra lighting. Everything else great.
