It's the hardest job to get an appointment. U call 8in the morning and only by 8.45 they pick up the phone. Very rude and pathetic reception stuff. I expected better service with NHS where we paying our tax money. Why can't I make appointment for tomorrow if it fully booked today?! And tomorrow I have to ring them again with no chances guaranteed to see medical stuff. These need to be changed.
Just phoned them at 1.15pm to ask to book an appointment for tomorrow and have been told to there are appointments for tomorrow but I have to phone at 8am tomorrow and they MAY be able to squeeze me in but as per previous reviews I know they probably won't answer and by the time I get through I'll be told they are all gone. This surgery needs investigating and I'm looking to change surgeries now. If there are appointments tomorrow why can't I book now?? Frustrating.
I think it's amazing. U can check ur blood pressure there urself. It's up to date, staff are great, nurse is always there and plenty of doctors
This doctors surgery is honestly the best surgery iv been a patient at. The reception staff do everything and more, the doctors are brilliant and do their jobs well and the nurse is lovely. Couldnt recommend enough!
Never imagined such a pathetic service exists... Can not get an appointment as they always seem to be booked. At the that's the case to everyone... I wonder who is actually making the appointment and actually seeing the doctor.
