Very rude staff including the practice manager who doesn't acknowledge their failures. Their telephone booking system doesn't work.Don't come to this surgery expecting a gold standard service.
Practice manager does not listen to patients concerns about failures of their telephone booking system. She is well aware that it does not work for over 1 year, but takes no action to rectify it.
I wish I could give zero stars! This surgery got so bad that is beyond belief. What is the point of surgery if they will not give you an appointment??? They clearly forgetting about their duty of care! Staff very rude, keep loosing letters, keep sending wrong letters. Absolutely rubbish!
Tell u to call in the morning for appointment. But u can never get through.Then when u manage to they have no appointments Left.I've been trying to see a doctor for 2 weeks now.
Now impossible for someone who has a busy life to get an appointment. You have to call at 8-9am, ask for an appointment, then they call you (I asked not to be called before a certain time as I'd be in class at uni. they called before then anyway), I was asked if i could come in at a specific time on a specific day, to which I couldn't due to uni. Rather than being given a different day and time, I was recommended some medicine. No idea what it was called as it isn't clear over the phone. And told if that doesn't work, call them again.
