Really not happy with this surgery I wouldn't recommend joiningCan never get through on the phone when you do get through to,d all gone.If you complain told you can go over to the Felmores surgery in pitsea.If Felmores surgey was in y catchment areas I would have joined there.If you ask for next avalable appointment can wait up to 3 weeks.Then when you finally see a doctor you can only tell them about one thing that is wrong if you have more than one illness told to make another appointment. Only go I found any good was Dr Joseph who I'm told now is only a locum so can not make appointments to see him.All the other GPS I've seen at this surgery dont seem to listen just want you in and out.My Dogs get better medical at the vets.And always appointments avalable.

Asolutely worst GP in my experience. Aside from the fact that making an appointment is nearly impossible, the staff is very rude and disrespectful to people. Today I've had my last drop. Yesterday I've booked an appointment with doc for today and the receptionist lady actually booked me in yesterday, so I missed my appointment. When I came to book another appointment this morning she started speaking to me raising her voice, telling me I didn't tell her to book it for today. I understand people getting all defensive when they know they are wrong, but this woman has gone too far. You must understand that you are speaking to patients, I am not your family, watch your mouth please.
The staff are very friendly. It used to be not so good but now it changed. After reforms in NHS by David Cameron government.I am now happy with their service.
This surgery is fantastic. I moved from Aegis Medical Centre when my Dr retired. I thought they were good but Long Riding is 100% better. Very professional & very thorough. The receptionist are also very good and friendly. Excellent practice.
