He even went the extra mile to get the handover paperwork done as quickly as possible as he knew that I was pressed for time, offering to help at a later date if there's anything on which I need clarification. Great service - highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant Customer Service from Joe at Toomey Nissan Basildon. I went into the showroom to way up my options of exchanging my vehicle for a newer Juke. He listened to what I would like in a new vehicle and ensured to stay within my budget. I wasn't disillusioned at any point. Joe was very clear and made sure I knew all the facts. Which is brilliant. He found me an awesome car and all within a week I collected it. Joe made sure that I was comfortable about all new gadgets that came with my new vehicle compared to my old one. I was happy to even ask Joe the silly questions and he reassured me, making sure I was completely satisfied before driving off. I would most definitely recommend anyone needing to buy or check out their options to speak with Joe. I can not fault the customer service at all.
