The worst motor dealer I've ever experienced. The owner sold my vulnerable autistic brother a car that then broke down a few days later. The car was sent back to Langdon Hills motor company and has been there for 3 months, with no MOT and still not fixed.
Take my advice do not under any circumstances buy from this dealer ..clearly does not know the laws in this country regarding selling cars .the car I bought has cost me a 1000 pound already in repairs Have also received a penalty notice from the car I part exed even though Dave said he wd send the slip of to DVLA ..but this is all ok as apparently he has sold the garage to someone else ...
very friendly people but i have a few issues. had problem with cd player. luckily it sorted itself out as although they said they would get back to me they didnt. redid air conditioning after i mentioned it was blowing warm. broke down after a couple of weeks. heater didnt work. needed new clutch. warranty is not worth the paper its written on. surely you would check the heater works before selling. shame maybe i got a dud car. people were nice but i wouldnt recommend. although name comes up as jasper it is charlotte boydell writing this
Brought a small van from Dave. Run the vehicle for well over 80K miles before moving on to another vehicle. It was the best / most reliable van I have ever owned.I would recommend Langdon Hills Motor Company to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle.Keep up the good work!
It was a pleasure doing business with James and his dad dave. Down to earth family run business.done everything they said they would. The car was prepared for when I picked it up It was like driving out a brand new car Cannot fault this company would definatly purchase from them again
