Terrible. The guy was quite pleasant on the desk to start with but that went down hill fast; am patronised every time I speak to them; they tried to force me to sign a piece of paper because the law said I had to and then couldnt tell me which law that was; lied about the condition of my car (which I got checked out at another garage) telling me I needed to pay 521 to get my car through the MOT which wasnt true; phoned me back and confirmed they hadnt been completely honest and was supposed to send a video I havent received and phone me and they havent called. Would NEVER recommend them; will not go back. My advice - stay well clear!
Car had been booked in for a product enhancement. Was told it should only take about 1 hour so we waited around. 2/5 hours later we had not had a phone call so deceided to go back to the shop. Just as we arrived we saw their mechanic driving our car out of the garage and parking it outside. On their email they said they would also valet our car free of charge, but this had not been done. Rather than complain as we would have had to wait longer we just took the car and went home. We cannot fault the customer service we received, but was a little disappointed that the car had not been valeted. I understand that they had other cars in for the same problem, but they should not have said they would valet the car free of charge if they did not have the time to do this.
Have just received forth new car, and as usual Barry has provided A1 customer service. Even though we live in Kent, knowing we get a good service here means we keep returning, well done
I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. Darren Pulham was brilliant, informative and really helpful. I came away a very happy lady with a lovely car and feel reassured that I can trust this garage. Excellent from start to finish.
