I would just like to say, Jackie Goodchild was very helpful. She went out of her way to help us.Also another lady (sorry I did not get her name) offered me and my husband coffee, I would recommend going there.
Very bad after sale service have messed around over a replacement rearlight I have never heard such week reasons not to change the light on a30,000.00 car ( it lets water in when it rains) I would not buy from themagain

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM EAG / THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!! Mark Packer (Billericay) especially. To start the car was a month late. The car came below standard (welding of the car was completely exposed and looked ugly) EAG Billericay took the car for a day and kept me waiting beyond 5pm with no apology (was promised it would be ready at lunch time) when i mentioned the poor service i was told 'i should be grateful they fixed it for free' - joke is they fixed the WRONG thing so day was a complete waste. Second time my car had to go in was a stereo update (a month after purchase) they damaged the front bumper and when i asked for an inspection sheet i was told the car was too new for one to be done. When i said i would need it fixed they slipped into their office and 15mins later came out with an inspection sheet that was clearly made up there and then. To top it off, Mark sold me 'the cheapest fiesta to run'. Just got 110.00 road tax reminder, instead of the 20.00 he told me it was. Eventually after making numerous complaints I WAS BANNED from EAG by the Director. I cannot state strongly enough to avoid this dealer
