This gym is open 24/7 so what ever time you want to go it's open. Staffed hours during the day. Good gym could do with a clean more often as mirrors are always dirty but apart from it's a good gym
Brilliant gym. Friendly staff, excellent selection of equipment. 24/7 access, cheap and no contract. All you need. Gets very busy in the evening but I can always get a decent workout. Love it

Excellent facilities, modern, clean equipment.. does get busy but then if it's good it'll be busy. All in all friendly atmosphere but sadly like most of society these day people do keep themselves to themselves, not asked anyone to spot me on any lifts yet... so maybe it'll be more or less stars depending... Ha ha .. then again if I've not asked for an assist I'm not trying hard enough either, lazy fool ! Lol...
