Has its up and downs good for now and value
Used to be an excellent gym as Fitness First. No investment in the equipment or facilities and constantly reducing the class timetable and cancelling classes.
Decent gym. Staff are friendly. Has potential to be bigger if layout was changed as weights section could do with expanding. Does get busy in peak times which makes it hard to get on machines. Free parking is a bonus, no contract is good.
Your definitive cheap and cheerful It's not the most spacious or luxurious, but it gets the job done!
