Dentist was rude and unhelpful towards my child who had been in an accident and had horrible bleeding on the gum and the teeth pushed up in the gum. Disgusting by the service of the dentist
My wife had a crown inserted at this dentist that came out within weeks. Upon returning to the dentist alone she was told that she would have to pay again for a new procedure. Upon hearing this I paid a visit to the dentist and confronted the dentist(Arayomi) and she agreed that the same procedure would be repeated free of cost as it was too early for the crown to have come out(paid 240).My wife returned to the dentist alone on agreed date and time for the repeat procedure and was told that she would be having the cheaper filling done instead. My wife was told the the dentist(Arayomi) did not speak to me directly on my previous visit (clear lie) and that if my wife insisted on calling me on the phone to confirm, she would have to leave the premises to do so(sternly).When I arrived to pick up my wife from the premises and hearing what had happened, I entered the reception but no one was there(this is normal for them). The dentist(Arayomi) did see when she eventually came out for another patient but quickly dissapeard back in side and sent out her assistant to tell me I would have to wait a considerable amount of time to see her.Absolutely shocking behaviour on top of the fact the appointments are never on time, always 20mins at least. I have never had such a balatantly devious behaviour from any member of the medical profession before. Safe to say we will not be returning to this so called dentist. We will be getting a second opinion on the procedures done and will post back with the outcome.
Disgusting customer service. Dentist over 30 minutes late no apology. Staff at reception r very rude and impolite.i will not recommend. My friend also told me they dont do the dental treatments properly
Anca Savu's post hit the nail on the head. The Dentist was great. Very professional and to the point. On my second appointment she was running late but the service I received from the Dentist made up for it. Since my old dentist retired, I've tried a couple of others and not been satisfied until now. Admittedly the building is not great but it has a bright and sunny dcor inside.
I've never written a review for a dentist before but I am very happy. I left smiling! Great bedside manner - doctor and etc. I hate going to the dentist, but this was a breeze. Dr. Arayomi is great! She's smart, friendly and does her job well.
