Would highly recommend this dentist. I have been under pia for recent treatment. Was recommended to use this dentist by my grandmother and would not use another dentist. Always fully informed of the treatment options and the treatment plan when needing dental work.
My first impression of the company is pretty poor. I arrived for my appointment and was told I could not be found on the system and I 'may' have got confused to the other dentist in the building. I confirmed the contact number of the surgery. I found the member of staff to be quite rude when discussing my appointment as she informed my appointment had been cancelled. This being my only morning off of work and that I attended especially for my appointment, I was not best pleased. I was told I had been notified via letter/voicemail which I am certain I was not due to receiving neither. I received a letter in the post later on the day of my appointment that had been sent second class the day prior. Poor organisation and lack of communication!
