Staff are very helpful and always carry a large bag of dog food and put it in the car for me
I've had to take my 2 rescue cats for a few emergency appointments lately and vets4pets have been able to see them straight away. I took my cat to the Pitsea branch at 4am as they are open 24/7 and when I had to take her back to Basildon at 9.00 the staff all knew that she was coming and what was wrong with her as soon as I arrived. The staff are all lovely and I feel like my cats are in very safe hands with them.
Having 2 dogs I have visited a number of occasions and staff are always friendly and polite......even when my dog has peed Have seen a couple of vets for different issues and find them knowledgeable and caring
AVOID!!!!! Changed Vets as soon as the vet at Vets for Pets basildon squeezed the hell out of a little lump on my 8months old puppy face and then went on to tell me he would need to be sedated and have multiple tests to determine he didn't have a Mass cell tumor! He tried to scare me into spending hundreds of pounds! I got a second opinion and they said 'NEVER SQUEEZE A SPOT ON A DOG" gave him anti bionics and it went a few weeks later
