Tried to use the click and collect service, just appalling!! No signs to tell you where to go, rude staff, no bags...uaeless!!! Never again!!!
We have started to use asda at eastgate Basildon for home delivery and three times on the trot we have paid for carrier bags but not recieved them. If they are doing thid to everyone thats a lot of money. If they have not got bags tell us?. Then we will not ask for them. The icing on the cake was i went into that store on way home from work on the day of my home delivery as i forgot something. And guess what i bought some shopping and a bag.
Staff great always has what I need
Just stopped here for breakfast.. only wanted scrambled eggs on toast and they couldn't even get that right! Learn to drain the eggs before you put them on the toast no one wants soggy toast absolute lazy staff.. I should have stuck with tescos at least I know for next time!!!
Tried the scan and shop today, saves time packing at the end and gives children a helpful distraction. Best jam donuts I've had in ages too plus can buy fruit n veg loose xXx
