Got my orders wrong many times then when the doctor prescribed me extra medication the chemist told the doctor it was to high. When she didnt know any of my symptoms or reasons for needing extra medication. Then didnt even have the decency to explain it or call me just said its to high a dose speak to the doctor completely useless and unsympathetic
