If your going to the hospital don't drive the parking is a joke drove 2days in a row, took 50 mins to find parking both times. They should have 10 free spaces at all times or a system showing you were available spaces are. I've never seen anything like this.
My experience today was awful, resulting in missing my son's appointment completely. After allowing myself 50 minutes to park I circled and circled all floors of the car park relentlessly and even had to exit the car park just before the first 30 minutes to avoid not being able to leave the car park without paying. No barriers means that cars just continue to pile in to the car park despite there being no spaces. Cars were parked up in various locations with their hazards on just waiting for spaces to become available. I eventually had to give up as there was no sign of the situation improving and we had missed our appointment time. Very stressful and an unsatisfactory outcome all round.
Car park indicates spaces when there aren't any. Reasonably priced.
Deplorable car park causes patients to become more ill through stress of not be able to park and then being given a parking ticket as well. No flexibility or sympathy at all from organisers of the car park. This is a disgraceful tactic of preying on very vulnerable people who have to get to appointments and to see very ill relatives. This is needs seriously reorganising quickly please.
Spent nearly as much time looking for parking as what I spent in hospital.... then still had to pay for it .......... the only way you would get me back to this facility is in an ambulance !
