Being told I have 3 different cases for a rash they still are not aware is contagious or not so I am having time off work which I cannot afford to do in case it is so I am now having to take myself to go and sit in a&e just to get tests done and have someone tell me a straight answer. Went round to pick up a self certificate form and did not make any of their patients aware there was a meeting in progress nor did they mention this on the phone of the morning I called to say I would be picking it up later this afternoon.
Avoid this Gp Surgery, you can never get an appointment. Even when its an emergency for a 3 week year old baby. The call centre is also absolutely useless. Not even sure if the NHS are aware this surgery exists.
Terrible surgery! ! Can never get through between 8am and 11am, unless you don't go to work and are able to keep ringing for 3 hours! Sometimes have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Shame because the doctors are really quite good.
Verry poor medical centre, you wait for hours for an appoimnet and they tell you if you are felling better now why are you here?!?
Ridiculous process to get an appointment. But notice they offer private appointments, so if you can afford to pay you can access a doctor and have flexibility in appointments.
