Very rude and racist nurse! She didn' t want to check baby' s temperature before vaccination.She send us home when l' ve asked her this, telling me to come in an other day when l will consider we are ready for the vaccination.l will go and register with an other GP.
whent there 4 mounths ago.was sent to basildon hospital for a x.ray.found out ive got artritus in my left hip.docters reply was.(what do you want me to do about it).take painkillers ect ect.no use as thay dont work.now in pain again but other hip.not gonna ring them.so gonna have to go a&e for the next 5. 7. 8.hours..
Absolutely shocked with this surgery, recently moved to them and been waiting for a doctor to call back for 3 weeks, whilst chasing this up i was told that maybe i should change surgery if i want to see a doctor , and told to call again tomorrow so they can put another note on records for him to call
Is not that I have problem whit specially doctor O. Today a asked to fill the form for me and she refused before payment!!!! Definetly I'm going to make major complane higher then manager of that place. Every unprofessional. SHAME!!!!
Shocking. The doctor is rude and uneducated on people skills. One of the receptionists is rude and lacks understanding. I am in pain and basically was told to deal with it, nothing they can do. The nurses are brilliant but the doctor is a joke. Have requested a transfer to the other doctor at the practice, if they are no better then I'm finding are not here practice.
