Their rivals , stopped going as their service for registered tradesman was far too slow . Used Toolstation now for quite awhile . Go the wrong time though and you can wait 15/20 mins . Like for like , cheaper than their competition .. The staff are polite and cheerful .

Good but constantly out of stock on items very frustrating
There is one local to me and it is brilliant. A fraction of the price of the DIY sheds and better quality. Good ordering system online or in the store and open at times of day when it can be quieter like early evening. Friendly helpful staff that don't make you feel stupid if you are not a professional tradesman. I get everything there nowadays.
I like tool station, seems to hold better stock than its rival, plus you can pick up a free drink while you wait. Must say the staff are generally nice too!
