I went into Howdens Basildon with the purpose of purchasing a Kitchen today, I was met by a male sales assistant who just didnt seem bothered, He suggested a home survey which I declined informing him the house was under renovation and I had an accurate drawing with me, also that the house was in Derby while we live in Billericay. His attitude was so poor he suggested that I still went to the midlands branch even thou I had just told him I was local. He then informed me that he couldnt do anything, which has now resulted in me defiantly not buying from Howdens and they have now lost about 7k In sales.Went to Bingley branch last week for advice, they were great, this guy needs further training.

It as taken 4 months for our builders to be ready for the kitchen we brought in October and we still have a few bits left to do but along the way if we have been short or needed assistance all of the staff have been very accommodating and helpful and would recommend them.
The products were fine but hugh gurth who served me in the basildon branch i found him a bit disrespectful
You never know how much you will pay, don't buy skirting here go to benchmarx
