Went in for advice on getting particular flowers for my wedding the response I got was yes that flower is possible to come back nearer your wedding day to see if I can get it.... Right but my wedding was within a months time, how much closer do I need to be to know if it was possible, all of which we told her. Then the lady went back to her phone call with her friend not even bothering to take our details for future help or anything. Bad ownership, a small business that has forgotten the first rule, customers comes first.The shop wasnt even tidy or presentable, avoid this place there is a much better florist a few doors up from it, they got the person in charge of wedding flowers even though she was on her lunch to help me and my wife even though we didn't book an appointment! That's great customer service for you!

Used Janette's florists again today and the recipient was blown away again by the flowers. I can't recommend them highly enough. Don't look any further for flowers.Fantastic service and exceptional flowers. These guys delivered a fabulous aqua pack bouquet. A floral delight. I highly recommend these guys.
