Great selection of flowers at good prices unfortuanetly the usual good customer service seems to have fallen behind.Hope it gets better.

Really disappointed. Been to this shop a couple of times before. First time i didn't have cash. Needed a bunch for a grave over the road. Found a nice bunch of roses when others looked like they were wilting, went to till to find out minimum 10 charge for a card. Ended up getting two bunches of roses for 10. Went to grave and one bunch completely fell apart when opening the packet and had mould on them. Out of ten or so roses, i had 5 that i could use. I have taken photos as evidence. For the price you pay, definitely was not worth it. Turns out all the roses were going off anyway. Why charge that much if the quality is not up to scratch?
What a wonderful Oasis you delivered to our Grandmothers funeral. I wouldnt go anywhere else ever again now! Professional, efficient and excellent value for money.....wow!
Would like to thank cottage stores very very much for the amazing flowers for our parents funeral they done this week with had a 3D owl well we have never seen anything like it it was amazing my mum would have loved it as she was into owls . We had a P.O lorry made for my dad and again it was amazing we also had a cornish flag made for on top of coffin as he was cornish this florist has worked so had we had a double funeral and they done all our flowers and they were beautiful and reasonably priced would highly recommend this florist.
