Very happy with renewing and policies available as well as customer service for enquiries. However, after several years we have not claimed so cannot say how Globelink performs. It was this part that failed us with other companies.
I did have some difficulty finding my way around the website and so ended up booking the wrong product for me.However, I was happy that my money was immediately refunded with help to find what I needed.
Easy to renew, year on year. Convenient, as we are expats. Not all assurers will cover us.
Globelink has good web site that makes the application process easy to complete and more straight forward than others I looked at. They are also competitively priced. I have not awarded five stars as I have not had to make a claim yet.
A reasonable price for what appears to be a good level of cover. But of course it is really impossible to rate the product without having to make a claim. The purchase procedure was straight forward and all options clearly explained. There are many pre-existing medical conditions that do not have to be declared which greatly simplifies the procedure.
