Good station trains are always on time, sometimes possible chances of slight delays on the trains, and a good coffee kiosk with toilets.
Some desk staff here are rude & C2C seem to think it acceptable. Very sad as otherwise it is a lovely little station!
Coffee kiosk on London platforms has great variety of eats and drinks. Signage visable. Clear signposting on platforms. Could be cheaper but is only line in GB that pays it's way with zero gov subsidy we are doomed to pay too much. One star off for removal of bargain before 0600 fares which was a massive key to success of present network.

Trains are frequent. Current price to Fenchurch St. is 9.80. Parking 8 for the day.Slightly confusing station set up. Easy access drop of point for buses, taxis, and regular motorists. There's even a place for the lurkers waiting to pick-up. NCP charge 8 a day for anyone parking their car in the car park.Station entrance can be confusing to newcomers, platforms 2&3 have their own barriers, so anyone london-bound should avoid the main entrance.. unless you need the toilet first. Toilets are only found on platform 1 (Southend-bound), so you must enter and exit the barriers again and go over the bridge to catch a London train.
