It's really nice but would be great if had more tills open
I was a bit confused on entering the store. Completely different to going into Sainsbury's, Tesco or Asda. It took me longer to locate what I was looking for than it would have taken going into one of the three mentioned above. Not too bad though.
Great shop but always very busy resulting in very long check out queues.
Excellent range of products with a superb food range, all at a reasonable price.A fact borne out by their increasing popularity. Even though they are often seen as a guilty pleasure once people realise, the great qualify at a great price. An overall average shop is a third less than the other supermarkets. Hopefully they will not become mired in the UK business mindset and become blase with their success, but stick to the European model that has made them successful, whilst paying their staff above minimum wage.
It is very cheap and good quality and I do a lot of shopping here. Only things are baskets are never by the door, always have to go searching for on. Not enough staff on during busy periods. Only 6 till and normally only half open. Ques can be very long. Be nice to see some improvement in these areas then it would be a great place to shop.
