I hired the function room for my daughters baby shower; the room itself is lovely, offering views across the golf course and a terrace which would be a nice addition in the summer. All of this is to be expected from such a popular venue, what I didn't expect was just how fantastic the staff would be! On what was a very busy day for them, Jason & Ryan still managed to cater for all my requests for extra tables, chairs etc. this was all done with a ready smile and as quickly as they were able. Our baby shower started at 2:30 and the last guests left at around 8pm, having had a lovely day. Thank you so much to Jason & Ryan, you certainly know how to give great customer service
Great facilities, friendly staff and members
A good club with nice facilities, gym has recently been upgraded as have the changing rooms and bar area. Only negative is some of the staff are not the friendliest or engaging.
This is honestly the best gym I have ever been to, the staff are all nice, Karen is a personal trainer and has been looking after me and my fianc and she has been showing us and helping us the stuff we should be doing to progress to our goals. Nothing bad to say overall! Great gym! Great place to be! if you are looking to join a gym would 100% recommend club kingswood
