YHPM are underrated at 5* - wish there was a 10* rating! As an unpaid volunteer director of a small residential estate with more than our fair share of problems, James, David and their staff continue to deliver a superb personalized service. Always professional, supportive, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive, I am only sorry we wasted a great deal of money and time with a larger company who promised much and delivered little, we were pleased to change to YHPM and never looked back. Thanks guys for letting me have my life back!
The negative reviews are pernicious lies. Either by fake reviewers or by people not paying their service charges.This company is very good and value for money.The people posting under fake names are very sad and probably dishonest.
