The guys who work behind the counter give a good service
Ridiculous que times only to find out "collect next working day" means 2 or 3 days. What a complete waste of everyone's time.
Incredibly unprofessional, rude staff lacking any integrity. Hard to understand how we trust them with our post.
We have arrived at the royal mail around 13:58 I allways try to come 10 min earlier of the closing time becouse otherwise you will wait half hour its allways lots of people and their service is slow,before closing is not as many people as usally and i had bad traffic i arrived 2 minutes before closing and there was a man holding the door already he didnt let us in.Was 2 minutes to close.
Just more and more bad deliveries. Item due for delivery yesterday and it never arrived. Horrid place to deal with if you go there as even with id same address with photo to collect a package for wife the card was not fill out right by one of the postman as only put her first name they nearly refused hand it over. Postmen that dump other people post through the door as I can understand one wrong letter but 6. Would like to put no stars but cannot.
