Do not go here if you have any sensory issues, it's a mess of bright red lights and shiny floors. Apart from that it's a nice cinema but the prices seems to be going up and up. Staff are lovely.
Disappointing. Be warned Cineworld are now insisting on seeing ID to ascertain proof of age. Been going to this cinema for years and on a family trip with grandparents to see a 15 rated film my 15 year old daughter was asked for ID. She didn't have it - we'd never been challenged before - so we had to abandon and get a refund. Ruined a family night out. I understand staff have to enforce the rules but it should be wider publicised and made 100% clear when booking that proof of age WILL be asked for & MUST be shown.
We love the unlimited cards. We go every week and it's such value 4 money. Great for date nights. We love it
I took some friends to see Bohemian Rhapsody and one of my friends was in a wheelchair and Cineworld were so helpful in making the visit possible. We would like to say a Big Thank you to Kurt especially for all his help with assisting us with the wheelchair. Star employees.
Comfy seats. Only lift for disabled is in staff only area. Staff have to take you and bring you back down. No one turned up to go back down. Happens whenever I visit this Cinema.
