Love Basildon library! The childrens part especially as there's always so much for little ones.Very clean and tidy.
i went there to study for a bit and it was the Worst experience of my life :-no wifi (they been aware of it for while )-not allowing even a bottle of water to drink while you there -the security guard is very rude, forced me to throw my drink despite i told him i'm diabetic -no toilets (it's always been like this for years but we expect it to have one after the recent 270,000 renovating makeover, -i left my jacket on my seat to keep my space so i can go to the toilet next door (town gate theatre) for 15 minand when i comeback they told me off for leaving it ,-very very very hot ,unbearable!!! (everyone is complaining about it) (the heating system is probably not set up for spring weather yet (waste of resources / waste of our money (the tax payers) !!!
