I sent in some shirts for ironing and they did a ridiculous job. It didn't seem like it was ironed at all and the customer service was horrible as they insisted that I pay the full amount. They declined on redoing the shirts which I had suggested. The lady receptionist was excellent when I brought the shirts. However, the man who attended to me whom I believe owns the place was horrible.
Great dry cleaners have been using them for years. Very well priced!!! The owner Billy is very good at alterations, best in Essex!!!
