very very bad hairdressers to go to with your children we took my boy to there today the pregnant hair dresser was rude and abrupt and rushed my boys hair as she couldnt handle him being unsettled because of the way he was being she didnt cover up my lap when cutting my boys hair and when he started to crying she done nothing to calm him down and explain things to him my boys hair has got chunks cut out at the front un level hair at the back and not cut in properly at the sides and when trying to speak to the manger he done what all business owners do and stuck up for the staff and not actually listen and take into account what the customer was actually saying the manager didnt even apologise and the staff lied to me when they advised me the manager was out of the shop when they wasnt
Went in there this morning to get my sons hair cut he is 1 he got very upset when sitting in the chair the lady who was cutting his hair just said dont he like it. My friend sat in the chair with him because l am disabled and l felt like the lady wouldnt have been patient enough with me to sit with my son she didnt cover up my friend only my son so my friend had lots of hair on her the hair dresser did nothing to put my son at ease she just gave me a dirty look when l was doing silly things to calm my son down to make her job easier. Out of everything I am disgusted with the manager and how he dealt with it when l called to complain. I started off explaining l appreciate when kids dont sit still the hair dresser cant do a good job but she didnt even cover my friend up as well he said they dont fit two people which ok they dont when done up but she could have offered my friend one or put it round them both when they were both sitting down and not done it up! He asked me why l didnt bring it up in the shop my response was because we would have been having the exact conversation but in the shop and l didnt want to make a scene I would have refused to pay and what would have happened then aye he probably would have called the police! They offered to redo my boys hair properly but why would l have taken him back somewhere where he wasnt made to feel comfortable. I appreciate the manager is going to defend his staff member but he didnt even apologise for how l felt that we had a bad experience. I may not be an expert in hairdressing but l have over 10 years worth of customer service experience through my work and the customer service there is appalling he may have 45 years experience cutting hair but he has no managerial people person skills whatsoever all they are interested in is taking your money they are not interested in offering customers a good pleasant experience!! I wouldnt rate the place one star but l have to so l can post my review
