Pick up and return of my car was fine, only they never done the repair. four days wasted.
Absolute joke, my wife had an accident in december, they done repairs finally after 3 months. But had to go back due to warning lights coming on, it took them 3 attampts yo fix but still not done. We had the car back for less than a week and the drivers door would not open. The supervisor/manager mark is never available due to being in the work shop or on holiday. If your insurance company are sending you car here for repair i would strongly recomend sending it to another company.
Ruined the paint work and caused damage to the car itself. Absolutely shocking service and I don't even know why my insurance company claims to have a contract with these absolute waste of space. Car had been taken in firstly for repair, then another two times to fix the damage they did themselves. Has come back and taken the excess money in which they gave the car back to me in the dark and I was unable to see damage till the next day. Checked the car the next day and there was more damage, I had proof and photos and emails that the car was not like that before after being told I would be given a call by the controller it was me who had to chase them for answers and get what I needed. Car was due to go back in this Wednesday but I have cancelled it and called the insurance company and I will be taking the matters into my own hands and take it to another garage. Absolutely appalling I don't know how these people have jobs. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE.
Without a doubt the worst garage/Body shop in the country. They have caused more damage to the car than when it went in for insurance work. The Managers constantly make things up to try and fob you off. Very poor workmanship. It was May that my car went it for repair and still the claim goes on! I have lost count of the amount of visits and calls I've made to this place! Please avoid like the black death and request your car gets taken to a better body shop. If i could give minus stars i would.
Returned vehicle (insurance job) with exhausts at wrong angles and panels sticking out, ( not flush with body). Came out once to fix the exhaust sent a guy with a screwdriver and no tools, he had to use my socket set. Still not fixed their supposed to come back today to pick up the vehicle, I'll let you know what happens. AVOId
