Went into this shop looking for a low step eco bike and although they didn't have any in stock the guy there phoned their Leigh branch and was very helpful by telling me about the different ones they had on line and advised me to go to the Leigh shop.
Just rang the shop to see if i can do a little test ride round the car park on a new road bike,got told they dont test rides,so i asked the man how am i supposed to know if the bike suits me as ive never ridden a drop bar before and his answer was dunno mate.Its a shame the new staff are not like old the staff (Chris & charlie) who were 2 of the most helpful ppl you could ask for,Oh well your loss i will go and spend my 3k somewhere that will help me,definatly wont be using this shop again.

Avoid this shop at all cost do not take your bike there for a repair as they don't know there heads from there back sides
My son and I needed new helmets so we visited our local store, I found that all the staff are extremely helpful and passionate about good old fashioned customer service skills that don't exist at the local Halfords store. I was so impressed that I took both our bikes for a service and they did not disappoint on the services. Looking forward to using them for all our cycle needs.
