Booked last minute for a full set of Acrylics. Didn't know what to expect. The lady was lovely explaining everything to me, what was best for my nails, as i had never had them done before. Five stars am so pleased with the result..they look lovely. Thank you
AVOID THIS PLACE!! Went there last weekend for an eyebrow wax. The woman that was doing it wasn't paying any attention to what she was supposed to be doing. Left me sat in the chair with one eyebrow half done for nearly 10mins whilst dealing with another customers nail booking. When she eventually got back to me she again wasn't concentrating and dripped wax over my eyelashes(100% my own natural ones)! She then poured oil on it that went in my eye, to try and get it off, all the time rubbing it so hard I thought she was going to pop my eyeball! And when that didn't work she started hacking at it with scissors!! I seriously thought she was going to stab me in the eye! When she eventually got the majority of the wax off (after losing some of my lashes) she said that they were too long anyway!! Was also going to leave me with one lot of eye makeup on and it was only when I asked for something to take it off with, you'd have thought I had asked for the money from the till! Best of all I now have wonky eyebrows, a patch on one side that looks like I've had a dodgy piercing and a patch of short lashes!
Have used this place for the past 4 months for a series of facials that have improved my skin tone, complexion and reduced my wrinkles. I also have my manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing here all by different beauticians and all have proved to be awesome and pleasant. I enjoy my visits very much indeed.
